How to get your refund

Email hello@drinkharlo.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. You don’t need to give a reason.

The money-back guarantee covers the purchase price of one jar bought directly from drinkharlo.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method. We don’t charge a refund or return shipping fee.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@drinkharlo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. The one-jar guarantee limit does not apply to these issues.
